My name is Amita Giri (Curriculum Vitae ) and the fun fact about my name is that it has MIT (aMITa). 

The photo below was taken by me from behind the Great Dome. One fine morning, as I was walking to my lab, I was captivated by the vibrant yellow colors that caught my eye from across the street. I couldn't resist getting closer to capture the beauty of the fall colors. It felt like destiny wanted me to be there at that moment, to capture this picture and share it with all of you wonderful people.
